S4UA empowers children with intellectual and developmental disabilities — including autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and global developmental delays — through structured sports, strength training, sensory-support programs and inclusive coaching.
We exist because these children deserve more than sympathy.
They deserve skills, strength, belonging, and a community that believes in them.
S4UA Team, One Mission: Changing Lives Together!
Join a movement that trains, empowers, and includes children with disabilities through structured sports.
Strength & conditioning, motor skills, balance work, coordination, stamina and sports education — all adapted for diverse learning and sensory needs.
We create Sensory Sports Rooms and sensory-safe training spaces that help children regulate, focus and prepare their bodies for movement.
We train coaches, volunteers and educators to work confidently with children with IDD, helping them deliver sports with empathy, technique and purpose.
We are building a world where children with disabilities are not sidelined, pitied, or ignored — but welcomed with empathy, opportunity, and belief.
Through sports, structure, and community, we replace sympathy with kindness that empowers and inclusion that lasts.
S4UA started with one clear realisation: children with disabilities are always present, but rarely included.
Sports existed everywhere — except in the lives of the children who needed it the most.
And society unknowingly pushed these children into the sidelines.
We decided to change that.
What began as a small effort inside a single special school has grown into a movement across districts — with trained coaches, sports-led development, sensory-support environments, community participation and inclusive events.
Our journey continues — bold, focused and unstoppable — until every child with a disability in India has access to real sports, real development and real inclusion.
Inclusion isn't symbolism — it’s structure, opportunity and access.
Every child learns differently. We teach with understanding, patience and respect.
We track movement, behaviour and emotional growth — because progress must be visible, measurable and celebrated.
We reject pity. We champion dignity, ability and participation.
Our programs strengthen children not just for sports, but for school, home and future independence.

Team Highlights:
Together, we are building an inclusive sports ecosystem that India has never seen before.
S4UA began with Pooja’s deep discomfort with how children with disabilities are often treated — cared for, but rarely challenged or included.
What started as a simple question — “Why don’t these children have real sports?” — became a movement built on structure, dignity and belief.
Pooja has spent years on the ground, inside special schools, listening to parents, working with coaches, and watching children discover strength they never knew they had.
Her work is driven by one conviction: children with disabilities don’t need sympathy — they need opportunity, consistency, and community.
Sachin brings focus, discipline and execution to S4UA’s growing vision.
He works closely with schools, coaches and partners to ensure programs are delivered with quality, consistency and care.
As a co-founder, Sachin plays a key role in building systems on the ground — turning ideas into action and ensuring that S4UA’s work remains scalable, accountable and rooted in real impact.
Our Program Manager anchors S4UA’s work across schools and districts.
From planning sessions and coordinating coaches to tracking progress and managing events, they ensure every program runs smoothly and stays aligned with our mission.
They are the bridge between vision and execution — keeping the work organised, responsive and grounded in day-to-day realities.
Our coaches spend their days on the ground , listening, observing, adjusting and learning alongside the children they train.
They work closely with children who have autism, ADHD, Down syndrome and other developmental challenges, and they understand that every child arrives with a different rhythm.
They take time to build trust before building strength. They repeat instructions patiently, break movements into small steps, and celebrate progress that others may not notice.
For them, coaching isn’t just a job but it’s a commitment to helping each child feel safe, capable and included.
We understand parents, schools, and partners have questions — and we believe clarity builds trust.

Yes. All our programs are designed with sensory sensitivity and safety in mind, and are led by trained coaches who understand IDD-specific needs.
Not at all. Our programs start at the child’s current ability level and progress gradually, at a pace that feels safe and encouraging.
We primarily work with special schools, but we also collaborate with inclusive schools, community centres, and district-level partners.
We focus on structured movement, sensory readiness, trained coaches, and consistent progress — not random play or one-time events.
Corporates can support special schools, district programs, sensory rooms, EmpowerHer, sports events, or India’s first IDD Sports Academy through CSR.
Yes. We provide orientation and on-ground guidance so volunteers feel confident and prepared before working with children.
We track physical progress, behavioural changes, participation levels, and emotional confidence — supported by stories, data, and regular reports.
